Lung function
Basic measurement in the cabin: lung volume, airway resistance, hyperinflation. Ideal for a basic check, for smokers, for athletes and for follow-up.
Everything from the small test plus a measurement of how well oxygen passes into the blood. The gold standard for emphysema, fibrosis and breathlessness despite a normal small test.
Measures type 2 inflammation of the airways in your exhaled breath — no blood sample needed.
Oxygen in the blood (blood gas analysis)

A small blood sample from the earlobe before and after exertion. Reveals hidden oxygen deficiency during exercise.
Allergy
Includes 10 test substances of your choice, for example grasses, trees, mites, cat. Each additional substance: €3.

A loan device for one night: breathing, oxygen, pulse, snoring, body position. Evaluation included.
With sleep stage analysis, if you are tired during the day despite an unremarkable small measurement. Evaluation included.

You contact us — by telephone during our telephone hours or by e-mail.
A brief check
We check briefly whether the examination you would like makes sense for you.
Appointment
We arrange an appointment for the examination.
Consent on site
Before the examination you sign the self-pay consent form in the practice.
Examination and result
The examination takes place and we discuss the result immediately afterwards. You receive the report to take with you — if it is detailed, or if the practice is very busy, it may be ready for collection.
Please note
These prices apply to preventive self-pay examinations without acute symptoms. If you have acute complaints (cough, breathlessness, infection) we bill your statutory health insurance in the usual way. Appointments must then be arranged after a referral from your general practitioner. The prices stated apply only to preventive and requested services without an acute indication.
All prices are fixed prices below the German medical fee schedule, in order to keep prevention affordable.
The consent form
The consent form is signed before the self-pay examination. The selected examinations are ticked before the service is carried out:
- The patient decides which examinations are to be carried out.
- The patient decides which doctor should carry out and evaluate the examinations and hold the discussion.
- For the prick test, the number of additional allergens is entered (for example 14 in total = 10 included plus 4 × €3 — that is €42).
- The total amount is entered.
- The patient and the medical assistant on behalf of the doctor — or the doctor in person — have to sign.
- You receive one copy; the original is scanned into your file. This is mandatory for self-pay services.
- The voluntary service is planned before the examination and paid for directly in the practice.
