At reception
Please report to our reception first. There your insurance card will be read and you present the referral slip from your general practitioner. Please also bring any previous findings and an up-to-date list of your medication — this avoids repeat examinations and helps us assess your situation correctly.
Our staff will explain how your appointment will run and which examinations are planned in which order.
