What you should know at the moment about reaching us and how our practice is organised.
Dear patients,
because of the high number of e-mails and our limited staffing, we are not able to answer them quickly. We will try to deal with your enquiries within four weeks.
You can reach us by telephone only during the following times: Monday to Friday 8–10 a.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2–3 p.m.

Outside the statutory consulting hours of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of North Rhine, we would like to advise and treat patients who wish to have additional individual private consultations as self-payers.
This is a change to the organisation and processes of the practice as a consequence of the German act on stabilising health insurance contribution rates, as we have to put our practice on a new economic footing.
