In the examination rooms

Lung function testing is carried out seated in an airtight cabin. You breathe through a mouthpiece following the instructions of our staff, with your nose closed by a clip. The examination is not painful, but it does require your cooperation: the quality of the measurement depends on how you take part. That is why we repeat individual manoeuvres until the result is usable.

Depending on the question, blood gas analysis at the earlobe, diffusion measurement, a challenge test or allergy testing on the forearm may follow.
